COVID-19 update

Our priority is keeping our staff, customers, and the wider community safe, whilst continuing to provide an essential service to trade and service industry customers as well as the wider community.

We want to assure our valued customers that all three Direct Access and Equipment branches are still open for business (Monday–Friday 7am–5pm). We are still delivering as normal.

You may not see your sales staff in person, but they will maintain contact with you to ensure that we all continue with business as usual.

Due to the additional restrictions in North West Tasmania, we are doing things a bit differently in the region. Our Burnie branch office remains open for trade and service industry customers. All non-trade customers can still place orders — our staff are here to answer your phone calls and assist, to ensure that you can safely pick up your order or have it delivered to your door.

Our staff members are practising physical distancing wherever possible in the workplace, and have significantly increased cleaning and santisation in our branches, including in our reception areas, as well as on high contact areas of equipment such as handles and controls. Any staff member who has the slightest indication of being unwell must stay at home.

For the health and safety of everyone, please communicate with us by phone or email prior to visiting a branch wherever possible. We will work with you to ensure that you can safely pick up your equipment or have it delivered.

At our branches, we are limiting the number of customers in the reception area to one person at a time. To ensure appropriate physical distance requirements are met, if there is another customer in our reception area, please wait outside.
